All Get Out, Junior Astronomers join Favorite Gentlemen label tour

The sturdy Georgia-based indie label Favorite Gentlemen — probably most known for being founded by members of Manchester Orchestra — has snapped up two of the Carolinas’ up-and-coming alt-rock favorites in the past few years. The label released The Season, the third recording from Charleston’s All Get Out, last year, and the imprint has promised an LP from Charlotte’s Junior Astronomers in the near future as well.
This summer, the label also sprouted its own 11-stop showcase tour, featuring its Carolina-bred pair along with Harrison Hudson and Death on Two Wheels, running the last half of August. Tour stops include an Aug. 24 date at Charlotte’s Tremont Music Hall and an August 25 stop at Columbia’s New Brookland Tavern.
In the mean time, the label’s offered up a streaming sampler of what the tour has in store. Check it out below. —Bryan C. Reed
